Combining automatic humidity control with a durable ball-bearing motor, this axial bathroom extractor fan delivers 185 m³/h airflow at 45 dB(A) and connects to Ø120 mm ventilation ducting. The adjustable humidity sensor and run-on timer provide responsive moisture extraction for bathrooms and other wet rooms of 8–15 m².

When room humidity rises above the selected level, the fan activates automatically to help remove excess moisture, condensation and steam. Once humidity falls below the set point, the run-on timer keeps the extractor operating for the selected period before switching off. An automatic backdraft shutter helps prevent reverse airflow and limit heat loss when the fan is not operating.

OPERATION

1) Automatic operation – Humidistat causes the extractor to operate automatically when the humidity level in the room is higher than the set level. The extractor will stop automatically when the humidity drops below the selected level and after the selected period set on the timer.
2) Automatic operation as in case 1 with the facility to override the hygrostat by means of the light switch, when the humidity level in the room is lower than the selected level.
In this case, the extractor continues to operate for the selected period set on the timer after the switch light has been switched off.

Ideal for bathrooms, WCs, shower rooms and utility rooms of 8–15 m² where automatic humidity control is required. The adjustable humidistat responds to increased moisture levels, while the timer provides continued extraction to help control humidity, condensation, steam, stale air and unwanted odours.
